Our executive management team brings 50 years of collective DOD and commercial experience in Program Management, IT, Systems Engineering, Data Management, and Operations.

Christine Tioseco - Chief Executive Officer and President

Ms. Tioseco brings over 20 years of unique program management, technical leadership, and government civilian experience to her current role as founder, President and CEO of TIO-TEK, LLC.
​
Ms. Tioseco is a Department of Navy (DON) / Defense Department Certified Expert with superb technical expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Expertise (Deployment and Implementation), Defense Acquisition System, IT Acquisition, & Business Systems Acquisition, Contract Management, and Program Development and Execution.

Prior to founding TIO-TEK, LLC, Ms. Tioseco acquired experience and expertise in all manners of IT support activities including, business analysis, Business Process Reengineering, IT modernization planning, and the DODI 5000-series. Ms. Tioseco’ s career progression from positions in DOD IT sales and business development, to technical and project management roles for several major consulting firms in the D.C. area including Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte Consulting. She is PMP certified by PMI and has also received certifications on Human Centered Design.

Ms. Tioseco proceeded to take on leadership roles in the Navy Acquisition Programs in which she added IT and Product Support/Sustainment Operations, Policy development, Change Management Design and Development & Technology Adoption planning, Reliability/Maintainability Trend Analysis, Training Development and Implementation, Service Desk applications and concepts, and IT Supply Chain Risk Management to her expertise. Her strong commitment to customer deliverables formed the basis for her subsequent successful development of long-term relationships between TIO-TEK and its DOD and commercial clients.
